Bug Description

In reviewing quantum for deNEW, I came across debian/python-glance.postinst. This should be removed.

Also, the package is not lintian clean
$ lintian quantum-plugin-openvswitch_2012.1~e1-0ubuntu1_all.deb:
W: quantum-plugin-openvswitch: empty-binary-package
$ lintian quantum-common_2012.1~e1-0ubuntu1_i386.deb:
W: quantum-common: empty-binary-package
