Bug Description
smartcardpp is a set of C++ classes to manage Smart Card communications and to implement basic command primitives.
It is the first of 6 software packages needed to implement support for Estonian national ID cards, including digital signature of legally-binding documents. Other packages depend upon this particular C++ library to access the SmartCard's content, hence why we upload it first. The whole codebase has been undergoing heavy testing for a good two years via the ~esteid development team's PPA and we feel that it has sufficiently matured to be distributed via normal Ubuntu releases.
