No choice on LILO after the warming when using xfs file system

Bug Description
Binary package hint: xubuntu-desktop
Step1. Start Installing Xubuntu
Step2. Manually allocate disk space
Step3. Choose XFS for all partition except swap
Warming prompt for using GRUB on XFS may fail.
However, I have no way to choose LILO throughout the installation. When I click "Go Back", it processes to next step. When I click "Continue", it stays.
