In French, the buttons of the shutdown dialog are labelled:
Redémarrer / Annuler / Extinction

That's 2 verbs and 1 noun

It should be
Redémarrer / Annuler / Eteindre

"Se déconnecter" also got renamed to "Deconnexion" in the session menu, which is confusing as well...

I think we agreed to say that "Fermer la session" was generally a better term. It avoids the confusion with disconnecting from the network, which is very close to the session menu.

Bug description suggests "Eteindre". The person that will fix this should be careful to use an accentuated capital letter, "Éteindre".

I fixed these translations ("Éteindre" and "Fermer la session").
Now just wait for a language-pack update in Precise :-)

The fix has been released in Ubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin in May 2012 through the latest version of the language pack.

As you can see in the attachment, the fix is also available for Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty Tahr.
