Notifications don't work properly on Gnome Shell

Bug Description

On Gnome Shell, when an application sends multiple notifications, it shows a counter on the notification tray, and when it's clicked all the notifications gathered pops out in a single balloon:

http://ompldr.org/vY2w5eg

With Cloudsn, instead only the first notification appears in the ballon, to show the next one I have to click in the ballon; and this may be really annoying.

Can you fix this problem, please?

Due a lot of time passed and no one answered yet, I fixed the problem from myself.

I uploaded the edited notification.py there: http://pastebin.com/dDpAV08Y

And this is the result: http://ompldr.org/vZDZ2Nw
