Please merge scribus 1.4.0.dfsg+r17300-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Note that applying this patch would make https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/scribus/+bug/930639 (to which I have just been pointed) obsolete (which performs a merge from a revision (r17287) that is a bit older than the one I'm basing on here).

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

This bug was fixed in the package scribus - 1.4.0.dfsg+r17300-1ubuntu1
