Bug Description

* The left padding between the wizard pages and the window border is too small, so the page contents are too close to the left border (please look the screenshot attached to see this in the current Qt UI).

We should add a qt widget that support the box-model in order to set the left padding as we did in the Installer.

* We also need to fix the height of the outter window in order to set the proper size (involving some calculation) given that the size of the subtitle can be variable.

UI freeze isn't until next week, so no UIFE needed at this point.

Hey Scott!

Thanks for getting back to us. We're filling the UIFe since we froze our repos yesterday, so we have time to properly QA what we ´ be releasing to Ubuntu.

So, the fix for this bug will not make it in time for the UI freeze, thus we already started the exception request process.

Thanks!

As long as these changes happen not too late, mere spacing fixes are
fine. I didn't see string change requests.
