Bug Description
Binary package hint: nautilus
Ubuntu Edgy
Nautilus 2.16.1
When selecting a folder, right-clicking it, choosing Properties from the contextual menu, Permissions tab,and changing permissions, followed by clicking "Apply permissions to enclosed files", it only applies the CHMOD permissions, not the CHOWN permissions recursively, ie changing the owner or group is not applied recursively as expected.
