Bug Description

To replicate:
Position the mouse a little below where the HUD search bar will appear.
Hit Alt to summon the HUD
Type something that displays a few lines of options
The top line is selected but the line under the mouse is also selected which is confusing. If Enter is hit the top one is actioned, if the mouse is clicked the mouse one is actioned.
