Update to version 0.208

All bug fixes. No FFe needed.

Oh... (finally thought of FFe, and now it was unnecessary...)

I have updated pbuilder to 0.207, it builds and installs without any oddities.
I build the pbuilder package (again) using this version without any problems, so it seems to work.

If debdiffs are still required, please let me know and I'll be able to generate them tonight.

If you want to prepare this package yourself (the only 'guaranteed' way to ensure this fixed version gets in) then please do prepare a debdiff (between Debian's version and the version you want uploaded, incorporating all Ubuntu changes that we need to keep) and then subscribe 'ubuntu-sponsors' to this bug for review.

Do be aware this introduces a new bug:

That is bug (just) fixed in version 0.208. I'll update pbuilder to this version soon in order to get rid of that bug.

I have updated pbuilder to version 0.208, see the merge request and/or the attached debdiff.

No merge conflicts or other problems occurred during the merge. And I used pbuilder 0.208 to build itself (again) without problems.

Could you please detail what the remaining changes are in the Ubuntu delta? The previous merge's delta doesn't quite represent what is currently in the merge...

Oops forgot, I updated the debdiff (and my branch) with the remaining changes. Two of them (my bash_complation patches) are removed as they are included in this newer version
