config file "target-x86_64.conf" in wrong location

Bug Description

The package qemu-kvm installs a config file to /usr/etc/qemu/target-x86_64.conf which is probably meant to be at /etc/qemu/target-x86_64.conf

Thanks for reporting this bug.

The file gets installed by Makefile to sysconfidr. configure has

sysconfdir="\${prefix}/etc"
