Qt UI: when resetting my password using an invalid reset code, the operation fails and no error is shown

Bug Description

Try to reset passwords for <email address hidden>, and put any random reset code and a couple of valid password. Click on the default button, the page processes, and then it stops processing showing nothing.

I know the operation failed but no error is shown to the user.
