Quicklist items are not marked for translation and wrong translation domain in desktop file

Bug Description

The Transmission quicklist items are not marked for translation on latest Precise.
Also the translation domain is hardwired in the .desktop files as transmission, while the translation domain is transmission-gtk now: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/precise/transmission/precise/view/head:/configure.ac#L400
This happens in the http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/precise/transmission/precise/view/head:/debian/patches/0103-add_X_Ubuntu_specific_desktop_keys.patch patch.

I move the translation domain to transmission-gtk as it's the .mo files that are exported (the 0103_add_X_Ubuntu_specific_desktop_keys.patch wasn't refresh when the upstream GETTEXT domain changed).

Also, I removed the -qt quicklist which can't be translated, and made the gtk one translatable (built, checked and it's in the .pot file).

  * debian/patches/0103-add_X_Ubuntu_specific_desktop_keys.patch,
    debian/patches/0104_add_keywords.patch:
    - use the upstream GETTEXT domain (the one we ship in the .mo files) for
      the desktop file and make the quicklist translatable (LP: #968289)
    - drop the -qt quicklist as it can't be translated (and not really used
      anyway)
