Bug Description
#### SRU Justification ###
[Impact]
emesene's Messaging Menu support is broken for all users that don't have python-indicate installed independently.
[Development Fix]
Fixed in quantal in 2.12.3+
[Stable Fix]
Add recommends on python-indicate
[Test Case]
Install from precise, unless you have python-indicate installed for another reason,
emesene's Messaging Menu support won't work.
With the version in precise-proposed, it should show in the Messaging Menu.
[Regression Potential]
The potential for regression is extremely low. It is simply adding a Recommends.
#######
Add this dependency to emesene or indicator-
Emesene without python-indicate does not work in MeMenu

zipatei,
Can you check if 'indicator- status- provider- emesene' is installed by running the following command:
dpkg -s indicator- status- provider- emesene | grep Version
If there is no output, then it's not installed. Also, I'm not sure if it the dependency should be added to indicator- status- provider- emesene or emesene.
