Bug Description
The first precise SRU candidate was having issue were guest session (dunno if that's specific to those but it happens easily with them here and that's what I use for testing to not restart my session) would hang on start, we did revert "GLibDBusProxy: Remove 1 second timeout we used before connecting to dbus proxie" to workaround it but ideally we want to fix the issue

Turns out to be a bug in gobject - https:/
We can push the commit again once it's fixed, afterall it improves the responsiveness on the first dash summon, but no biggie, Q-stuff.
