In all blindness and low vision profiles need turning off Nautilus sidebar

Bug Description

Dear Developers,

If a visual impaired user using Nautilus with Orca and side bar are enabled, Nautilus launching extreeme slowly, and navigation is very slow.
Have several threads this problem related in Ubuntu A11y list and Orca list.
My experiences if the sidebar turned off in view menu, Nautilus launching more faster, and the navigation is drastical faster. More users confirmed this workaround.

I reported this problem with following upstream report:

Joanie determined the possible problem why happening this issue. If the side bar are enabled in Nautilus, Nautilus sends

Sorry, not appended the upstream bug description.
If Nautilus sidebar are enabled, Joanie event listener script detected more than 425 object:property-change:accessible-name events. If sidebar are disabled, the event listener detected only with approximately 100 this type events.
