  * Merge packaging fixes from Ubuntu (thanks Daniel T Chen!):
    - Updated watch file (Closes: #460013),
    - Updated copyright file with current URL (Closes: #457952).
  * Take over maintainership of the package, it has been abandoned by
    the original maintainer. (Closes: #460621)
  * Remove inactive people from Uploaders:
  * Bump standards-version to 3.7.3, no changes required.
  * Use new dpkg Homepage: field.
  * Switch to dpatch instead of quilt (personal preference).
  * Build a package containing BMPx's debugging symbols, bmpx-dbg.
  * Rework debian/rules to be more sane.
