Data Acquisition Tool Influencing Light-bills

When reporting energy usage, a surveyor walks around a facility with a clipboard in one hand and a light meter in the other. Hours are spent and data is scribbled down. The scribblings are then loaded into a spreadsheet and sent via email to an engineer. This second part of the process can take hours. DATIL aims to combine these steps and save the surveyor several hours.

For those that are brave enough you can install datil with:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:oxygen-addict
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install datil

Current releases are not in a working form. I'll update this page as soon as the initial release happens.
