Release notes 

This is mainly a bugfix release.

The most important bug that was fixed was #502410, which caused problems when publishing resources and closing the session.

A new feature was added as well: it is now possible to view unpublished resources as a logged in editor or publisher for this section.

Please also note that some deprecated functions where removed.

api changes:
- removed the depricated Tools.absolutizeImageTagHrefs(...) and
  Tools.restoreRelativeImageTagHrefs(...)

bugfixes:
- resources were not saved when session was closed (#502410)
- delete a private or public draft when the page is deleted
- wider content area in publisher view

enhancements:
- allow logged in users which have editing or publishing rights
  for a section to see non published resources without getting a
  404 error
