A simulation framework for investigating the distributed evolution of agent based systems. Includes novel additions to regular Genetic Algorithms such as smybiogenetic compositing of genomes and realtime human/environment centric selection.
A Java based framework for simulating and visualizing multi agent systems with evolution. Currently the project is specific to evolving players of an evolutionary video game, but will slowly be moved to a more generic simulation environment. All of the code will especially be adapted to apply to swarm robotics simulation and a distributed evolutionary computation model, rather than a population centric GA with global information. All work is towards the authors PhD so it would be appreciated if you make contact before producing derivative works.
