Pass $(verbose) instead of hardcoded "messages=yes" in order to
support "terse" in DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS. Don't create an XPM icon.
(override_dh_auto_install): Run dh_auto_install.
(override_dh_clean): Remove override.
(override_dh_link): Amend recipe according to the new layout. Create
a PNG icon for the .desktop file (AppStream does not support TIFF).

* debian/lintian-overrides: New file; override lintian error(s)
library-not-linked-against-libc -- these are the bundles and they're
linked indirectly via gnustep-base and the Objective-C runtime.
* debian/NEWS: New file; inform users that defaults must be deleted.
