Hi,
I didn't have the issue till I tried to install 10.04 LTS - Lucid Lynx.  It all installed except for ubuntustudio-audio v0.07 and it keeps failing on the update of it now.  It says it has a broken package.  My audio still works OK.  

Error E: /var/cache/apt/archives/ubuntustudio-audio_0.70_i386.deb: subprocess new pre-removal script returned error exit status 1

ImportError: No module named changesettings

Then the package fails to install.
