Update this charm to be multiseries.

The s390x arch does not support the Ubuntu Trusty (14.04) release, but we
can still have 1 charm for ibm-im covering both Trusty and Xenial.

Alter the install_ibm_im() function so that it detects unsupported
architecture/OS combinations and exits with an appropriate error.

Update metadata to include both trusty and xenial, and move the source
repository to https://code.launchpad.net/~ibmcharmers/ibmlayers.
