  * removed FreeImage dependency - added libraw dependency for direct handling of RAW camera files
  * implemented better threading (pre-loading) model of image viewer
  * embedded thumbnails will now be rotated according to given EXIF or RAW tags
  * while image viewer is waiting, display a thumbnail of the image to display
  * added multiple Linux install packages (Ubuntu / Fedora)
  * added creation date determination of RAW files with libraw
  * improved the loading of thumbnails, especially for videos.
  * added documentation files to source package
  * for different languages save the copy destination tags to different config value, thus not mixing different language tags
