  * added converters for pdf and wav via pdf2swf and wav2swf of SWFTools.
  * added a wav player to the main window via GStreamer.
  * added an extraction / conversion complete dialog that displays the command line and details at the completion of an extraction / conversion.
  * fixed various small bugs.
  * worked around a bug where the selection freezes in the file browser if the output file is in the same directory (still researching the actual cause.)
  * added navigation buttons to the main window (View, Unload, Extract, Convert, and Quit.)
  * added file associations for pdf and wav.
