The download count is now only displayed if the filesystem is set to private. The download count is only updated when the mothod is private, but the
private method causes poor performance on low ram environments.
'huge image's are now files instead of images. this allows users to post pdf's and other unusual formats. It also fixes the bug where the huge image
is sent to the edit page.
Anonymous users can now post materials thanks to a captcha mechanism.
The great new materials added by others have been put into the repository now.
A performance tweak to allow to be pregenerated and merged has been applied. This is the cause of the seemingly useless files/css files that have
been added.
