Lots of filtering of options in the UI so the user can't select a combination that we can't create.
linaro-media-create now runs in its own thread when running in the UI
File picker replaced by separate file save or load widgets when selecting a file to save the image to, or a device to write to.

Updated UI order and have filtered results so shouldn't be able to select options that cannot be used. Updated settings file to support more hardware.

index_server.py works around the leb-panda directories being on the FS. They are not needed in the inedex because they just contain soft links
