Anant Version 0.2.1

Written for Anant by linas on 2012-04-06

Anant: Algorithms in Analytic Number Theory has a new bugfix release. This fixes a caching bug in the polylogarithm function: the first call ever to the polylogarithm returned bad values.

Anant features arbitrary-precision algorithms for the Hurwitz zeta, Riemann zeta, polylogarithm, Minkowski question mark, confluent hypergeometric function and GKW operator; all implemented in GMP. Also includes trig functions (sine, cosine, exp, log), gamma function, binomial coefficients, complex number type, assorted high-precision constants. Also includes routine for finding zeros of a complex-valued function (Powell's algo).
