Ares 0.5 released

Many game logics known from Red Alert 2's predecessor Tiberian Sun have been added or restored for the Ares 0.5 release. Among them are the Tiberium induced healing and damaging, explosions and chain reactions. The storage feature has been restored and Ore or Tiberium can now be put into silos, which not only adds more tactics to the match, but also the dreaded 'Silos needed!' EVA report.

The cloak feature has been made more customizable per type, and objects can now be disallowed from cloaking if moving, undeployed or unpowered. Or prevented from being cloaked even under Cloak Generators. The Sensor Arrays known from Tiberian Sun have been restored also. This means players have ways to detect cloaked and subterranean units again.

The AttachEffect got two new options to stop effects when units enter transports. The Crew system has been extended for buildings, with support for side-specific Engineers and Technicians.

Also included are several minor fixes for original game issues like the broken C4 veteran ability, as well as problems in Ares like Custom Palettes being visible through shroud and the glitching Ripple warhead effect on hover units.
