ARToolkitPlus 2.1.5 released

Written for ARToolKitPlus by Pavel Rojtberg on 2010-01-27

one last release of ARToolkitPlus which is source compatible to the 2.1 series. It incorporates all branches of ARToolkitPlus I found so far and adds some bugfixes.
The releases from the 2.2 series wont be source compatible any more, as I simplify the codebase by removing duplicate functionality.
