Bug Description

Binary package hint: xubuntu-docs

Ordinary user has no visible ability to find xubuntu-docs from any menus or desktop icons.
Only documentation link is Help button on About Xfce box, but it refers to docs on Xfce.

"Double click index.html file in file manager browsing folder /usr/share/xubuntu-docs/" is somewhat extraordinary way to point users to documentation describing how to do such actions...

The homepage on a fresh Xubuntu installation (file:///usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/home/index.html) points to the Xubuntu Desktop Guide, but you're right, I'll point this message out on the mailinglist.

Firefox homepage? Is it changed since beta I have? (Xubuntu 6.06 homepage in it)

But it is still better to place shortcut on desktop or in main menu right near About Xfce option.

Yes, this has been updated since the beta. Nightly release images now say,
"Welcome to Xubuntu 7.04" in the firefox home page.

this is fixed in gutsy (applications -> help will bring up the documentation).
