Bug Description
When I first upgraded to precise the samba update failed due to some dependency issue. The only way I could finally resolve this issue was to completely purge the related packages, install samba from scratch, recreate all users and the config. The dependecy issue has been resolved. Samba was working fine.
Now it seems that I have just had another failed samba update. I've got no idea why this time. Maybe you can tell me. I'm hoping I wont need to reinstall from scratch again...

I am not going to use this apport automatic bug-reporting thing anymore. I don't like the fact that it just uploads system files and info without warning and without providing an option to opt-out or obfuscate certain information. I am happy to provide information on request. I am not happy to have it uploaded without me vetting it first.
