Bug Description
I've noticed how certain plugins activate according to which session one logs into. The login screen plugin that let's you configure LightDM does not appear if I'm not loged in to a Unity or Unity-2d session even if I am using lightdm. I belive it should appear if one is using LightDM with the unity-greeter, as it does not depend on what session they will eventually use.
