the client should save the file if network connection is slow/unavailable

Hi there,
         I do not know if the database has everything on the hdd or do the screens come from the server. I am assuming they are installed on the system/desktop . In such a case if for some reason either the network is slow or fails or something, the data should be saved on the desktop & then re-try to send the same after 2-4-8 hrs. decided by the user or the program itself, failing which it will inform the user after some-time the no. of tries it tried & then failed and give user some choices to take appropriate actions.
