installation of scratch does not fail, but following error reported sudo upgrade hangs with the error 127

scratch needs a depends on libgtk2.0-bin so that gtk-update-icon-cache is available to the postinst

This isn't high as it only affects Kubuntu default installs, all other images have this package by default.

Hrm, would affect lubuntu as well...actually, either way it should be RC, so raising to High :)

This bug was fixed in the package scratch - 1.4.0.6~dfsg1-2
