Bug Description

Update manager, when started automatically to report there are updates, auto-minimizes itself. Upon auto-minimize, when you restore the window, it returns a white box you cannot interact with.

Workaround is to close update manager and restart it manually, which fixes the issue since it will not auto-minimize.

This does not happen when the window loses focus but remains non-minimized.

I am seeing this too. When update manager is auto-started when updates are avaiable (in a minimized stated) and I click on its launcher icon, its window is empty.

A easier workaround for me than closing and restarting update-manager is to just minimize it and then bringing it up again. Then its window content is shown properly.

For me this seems to happen every time when there are updates avaiable. My launcher is set to auto-hide, just to mention.
