OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon) 2012.2 "folsom"

Bug Description

http://docs.openstack.org/developer/horizon/topics/customizing.html says that I can use a customization_module to turn panels et cetera off for horizon. However, I cannot find an example customization module to base mine on. Please provide an example either in your documentation or your source repository.
