Bug Description

Please sync phoneui-apps 0.1+git20111214-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * rm -f the changelog which isn't installed by Ubuntu's cdbs.
This is no longer relevant, as the package now uses debhelper instead of CDBS.

Changelog entries since current quantal version 0.1+git20100801-1ubuntu1:

phoneui-apps (0.1+git20111214-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Add phoneuid build dependency, to make sure phoneui-apps
    is only build for architectures supporting phoneuid
  * Update Debian Standards Version to 3.9.3
  * Switch to Debian Copyright Format 1.0

phoneui-apps (0.1+git20111214-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Fix last git checkout by using new Version (Closes: #643244)
  * Update my mail address
  * Bump compat level
  * Switch from CDBS to debhelper with dh-autoreconf
  * Update Debian Standards Version to 3.9.2

Currently the build-deps are not installable. Can you help troubleshooting to resolve this?
It starts with:
sbuild-build-depends-phoneui-apps-dummy : Depends: phoneuid (>= 0.1+git20100502) but it is not going to be installed

And doing the installs manually, ends up with:
The following packages have unmet dependencies.
 libphone-utils0 : Breaks: fso-frameworkd (<= 0.9.5.9+git20100117) but 0.8.5.1-1 is to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

Are there no-change uploads (binNMUs) required to pick up some API/ABI and make phoneuid installable in Ubuntu?
