Bug Description
[Impact]
A build dependency needs to be updated to the renamed libgeis. Libgeis was renamed from libutouch-geis.
[Tast Case]
Build package in pbuilder chroot.
[Regression Potential]
Very minor. The updated libgeis only renames files and symbols, there is absolutely no functional change.
