Bug Description

Binary package hint: pop-before-smtp

From debian/control:

Depends: exim4 | mail-transport-agent, libnet-netmask-perl, libtimedate-perl, ${perl:Depends}, netbase

The Edgy version depended on postfix|mail-transport-agent

Since Postfix is the primary MTA for Ubuntu, the dependency should be to Postfix.

Patch changes dependency back to postfix|mail-transport-agent and removes a redundant build depend.
