Bug Description

KDE's new print tool uses /usr/bin/scp-dbus-service which uses asyncconn/asyncipp/asyncpk1 from system-config-printer-gtk, these files need to learn how to cope without gtk around and be moved into system-config-printer-common (then print-manager needs to depend on s-c-p-common)
