Bug Description

When installing xubuntu feisty beta from the live cd I choose to manually partition my disk (step 4 of 7; option manual). Then
I select an existing partition an edit it to be mounted at / and use the xfs filesystem.
When I click 'Forward' to continue the installation I get a dialog saying 'The GRUB boot loader installation often fails or hangs when /boot is on a XFS file system. Using LILO in this situation is recommended.' The dialog has two buttons, one labelled 'Go Back' and one labelled 'Continue'. But clicking 'Continue' puts me back in the partitioner while clicking 'Go Back' continues the install.
Just switched the labels on the buttons?

This dialog show up again after step 7 of 7; again the buttons don't do what I expect them to.

I've been asked to try again using a daily build. I've used the April 10 2007 build and if I'm correct (sorry I was concentrating on another installer bug I reported) the confusing dialog did not show up after step 7 of 7 this time. The dialog was still there when clicking 'Forward' on the partitioner page and again I had to click 'Go Back' to continue. The dialog also appeared right before the installer set up grub.

I've attached some log files generated by running 'ubiquity --debug' from the console (the file are /var/log/installer/debug and /var/log/syslog)

On an aside I would love to have an option not to install grub since I have grub installed already and just want to adapt my existing menu.lst file to the newly installed system.

Thank you for reporting this issue and making (X)Ubuntu better.

Is this issue still in the current release (Gutsy)?
