Bug Description

Binary package hint: kpowersave

The kpowersave applet always shows my power state as having the AC adapter plugged in, even when on battery. It does correctly report the battery charge, however., and /proc/acpi/ac_adapter/AC also correctly reports the power state.

since my last feisty update, I have the same bug. When the power is plugged, everything is ok. When I unplug it, it show the charging icon and it always show that the battery is full. If I over my mouse over the icon, the good information is shown in the contextual window. So it seems to be only an icon problem.

In addition, kpowersave does display a small notification window when
plugging/unplugging the AC adapter, so it is aware of the change and
simply not updating the icon.
