When I try original Open Office from www.openoffice.org (cs) version 2.2.0.14 problem was same ! But if I downloaded version 2.1 everything work correctly. ... does it mean that bug is in open office 2.2 ?

Tom,

I am unable to reproduce the crash but I can't see to find where the option to add a trend line is. I looked under Insert - Statistics but couldn't determine if you used one of those options or not. Are you still able to reproduce this problem with Ubuntu 7.04 and if so can you give a detailed step-by-step account on how to cause the crash.

Thanks,

Chris Cheney

I confirm the same crash, but not using a trend line. Simple Autorange, two columns. OO hangs and can only be closed with a kill -9
