Bug Description

Summary of changes

- Fix compatibility with some SATA drives.
- Coherent DMA support. This gives 50-100% SATA i/o improvement
depending on disk configuration. Network improvement is ~40% when fabric
is configured for 10Gb.
- Fix intermittent reset from Linux failures
- xgmac driver network performance improvements.
- config align with amd64-generic
