Panel shadow is visible as a thin black line in workspace switcher previews

Bug Description
If you switch workspaces with Ctrl+Alt+Arrow but keep Ctrl+Alt help down and look at the preview then you will see thin back lines rendered. Those are the Unity panel shadow, which should not be visible if the Unity shell is not.
