Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open tag editor
2) Add custom color #000000 (black)
3) Again, add custom color #000000 (black) -- the same color
(The black color is added two times)
4) Again, add custom color #000000 (black) -- the same color
It raises traceback:
