grid-dynamics yum repo for essex install no longer exists

Bug Description

The RHEL install guide (src/docbkx/openstack-install/compute-rhel-install.xml) contains links to http://yum.griddynamics.net/yum/essex/ which appear to redirect to griddynamics.net

These should be updated to a correct location or removed.

    Remove incorrect unused RHEL install doc

    Remove a file that describes how to install on RHEL using Grid Dynamics.

    The Grid Dynamics repo doesn't exist anymore, and this file doesn't
    seem to actually be used anywhere, and we have a RHEL-based install
    guide anyway, so this should be safe to delete.
