Some keypair tests broke

Looks like the second time tempest configuration, changed the compute user to admin. This could caused this issue.

Now the tempest configured only once.

Looks like the admin thing was 'A DELETE request for another user's security group rule should fail'

Looks like we don't have too many test cases for checking a regular user can't do admin operation.

I am confused here. This is about keypairs. The tests started failing right after the nova change indicated in the bug description. One of the tests, test_keypair_delete_nonexistant_key, has nothing to do with admin or not.

'A DELETE request for another user's keypair should fail' sound like admin user related thing.

So the keypair issue still exists.

OK, I filed https://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/+bug/1086980 for the nova issue.

Changed to Medium. Nothing we can do except wait for the underlying nova bug to be fixed.

The nova bug seems to have been fixed.

so if the nova bug is fixed, is this fixed now? if so, please close out.
