Bug Description

The glibc 2.7-10ubuntu8.2 security update introduced a regression that prevents postgresql-8.3 from building properly (see bug 1088393).

This is caused by the CVE-2012-3480 patch and is resolved by pulling in strtod_overflow_bug7066.patch from the lucid eglibc package.
